The key gen folder/file is missing. Can you please update or include in a separate link
Thanks

Hey RB,

Just Unrar the download file and the keygen is in the folder named '1 Readme First' . Look for it there.

Thanks

1 Readme first has only the detailed instructions on how to install. I do not know whether Norton had deleted that file. Norton doesn't allow key gen files sometimes. It effectibely blocked on Uniblue drive scanner. It blocked on Qtime pro. See what best you can do.
Thanks

You have to run the keygen while installing Norton. Are you telling us that you already have another version of Norton in your PC? Uninstall it first.

Make a fresh installation of Norton and while installing run the 'keygen' file and follow the instructions in the 'ReadMe' file exactly.

Hope it solves out!

I installed Norton 360 v4.0 on my PC which erased the scroll function on my touchpad. How can I get the scroll function back? Symatech could not fix it, in fact they erased most of my passwords trying to correct the problem.

well, if the scroll function is not working you should probably reinstall the touchpad driver software which you could find in your PC vendor's website.

Red Devil, I did contact Sony, they provided a link to the driver which I installed but it did not work. I believe that while Symantech was trying to fix the problem they may have deleted files that were related to the touchpad, one which the driver does not replace. The next step is to backup, then reinstall which may affect what I have on my hard drive. I am not at all 'tech savvy' so I fear that my actions will make things worse, which is what happenned when the Symantech support tech tried to fix the problem they created.Norton 360 has a bug and they do not know how to fix it.
