the key gen is not proper. there is no unlock button it simply asks for true serial number to generate. can you fix this?

It is not in the keygen window that you have to click 'Unlock Now'. In the original Fullspeed program there is an 'unlock now 'button which you have to click and then copy the key generated by the keygen there.
