RAR Recovery Toolbox v. Full

Free Direct Download

New version of convenient utility for restoring damaged files from RAR-archive - RAR Recovery Toolbox.

The program scans archive, provides data structure, and tries to restore the maximum information from the damaged file.

Using several different algorithms, recovery utility allows for the minimum loss of useful data in the damaged files.

It also involves checking the integrity of the data, which allows to improve the quality of recovery. Upon completion of the work program gives a full account of the restoration of data.

During a data recovery, the program in no way modifies itself the damaged archive, it only extracts files and stores them on a hard drive. When saving files and folders, the structure corresponding to the reference data also remains unchanged file names and directories.

Key features:

  • Recovering encrypted data

  • Works on all RAR archives even those password-protected

  • Recovering RAR data from damaged media (diskettes, CD-ROMs, Zip Drive, and others)

  • The ability to work with RAR-archives through a local network

  • The use of several independent algorithms work that you have a maximum useful information from the damaged archives.

A good utility, but Norton wont allow installation. It simply disables/deletes files whether online or offline. Is there something you all can do to outwit this?
Here is a challenge for all you guys

Hey anon,

Simple! Disable Norton while installing this program. After the patching is done and the software is running you can enable Norton again.

Hope that helps.

Well. That's the challenge all of you have now. After disabling and enabling, Norton quietly removes the patch and disables the utility. I had checked not once but thrice. System without Norton works perfectly well.
The challenge is how to install with Norton.

Norton automatically deletes the patch and converts the installation files into uninstallation mode by default and if you click, it simply uninstalls.

Any help

Add the folder of this application as an exception in Norton and hence prevent Norton from scanning that folder. If you can't figure out how to add exceptions in Norton, tell us which version of Norton you are using.

After adding an exception, patch it and work with rar recovery tool hassle free.

It is Internet security 2009 version. This scans the hard disk completely for any patches and simply deletes them with a message "info...gampass."
Thanks for your support and will keep you informed.
